Christian Tscheschlok, CEcD
Executive Director
With over 23 years as an economic development professional in locations as far flung as Slovakia to as close as right here, Christian has developed a reputation for getting deals done. His practical expertise includes capital structuring, incentive packaging, expansion and attraction project management, brownfield redevelopment, and workforce development.
Business leaders and government officials at all levels have sought his consulting on a range of growth and development matters core to their success. Christian’s background and connections make him uniquely capable of cutting through the complex to deliver results that benefit both businesses and the communities in which they reside.

Sherry Saiki
Senior Director of Business Finance
Sherry brings a wealth of finance experience to the EDWC. She most recently served as Vice President, Commercial/Business Banker at a bank in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. She has a passion for working with small and mid-size businesses to create financing solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Sherry brings the perfect blend of lending expertise with skillful communication, helping to simplify complex financing options for clients. Her years of experience in building relationships with businesses and community leaders is a perfect fit for EDWC in delivering creative financing solutions that are a win-win for all.

Sarah Stern
Business Services Consultant
Sarah has over 19 years of administrative experience and has effectively supported and represented multiple C-level executives. With a keen eye for detail and an ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects at once, she brings an indispensable expertise in expediting, project support and customer experience to EDWC.
Sarah is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Mass Communication. In her role, Sarah represents the face of EDWC with a level of care and attention valued by prospects and existing clients alike.

Dan Anhalt
Business Consultant
An industry veteran of over 36 years in roles within both the private and public sector, Dan brings a variety of knowledge in the areas organizational change, finance, economic development, organizational development strategic planning and human resources.
His senior level background and experiences have allowed him to create and manage change and growth strategies to address complex issues facing those organizations. He has worked extensively with government and business leaders in our communities.

Pat Thomey
Business Consultant / Revolving Loan Fund Chair
Pat is a broad-based, versatile business leader who has assisted more than 300 companies with strategic and tactical business planning and implementation. His CPA background includes serving as a business adviser with a Big 8 accounting firm and as CFO and COO for publicly and privately held companies ranging from small, technology driven start-ups to global companies with market caps from $1 million to $5 billion.
Pat’s credentials include McKinsey-trained strategic implementer, Ashridge University (England) Strategic Management Program, Center of Creative Leadership: Global Leadership Program and WMEP: Lean Manufacturing, Entrepreneur Coach. He currently chairs EDWC’s Revolving Loan Fund Committee.
