Prescription Analytics, Inc., a trusted partner to more than 70 pharmaceutical manufacturers nationwide, is preparing for its next chapter of growth with a move to Germantown, Wisconsin. Backed in part by the Washington County Impact Loan Fund, administered through EDWC, this expansion represents both the company’s continued success and the region’s commitment to supporting business growth.
The relocation comes at a milestone moment as Prescription Analytics celebrates 15 years in business. Founded and headquartered in Hartford, WI, the company has grown steadily by delivering compliance and processing services that help pharmaceutical manufacturers achieve growth, profitability, and regulatory goals.
New Headquarters in Germantown
Prescription Analytics recently acquired a 50,000-square-foot facility on Clinton Drive in the Germantown Industrial Park. The building will undergo a complete renovation starting later this year to transform more than 32,000 square feet into state-of-the-art space featuring:
- Open-concept office areas to enhance collaboration
- Dedicated research and analytics hubs
- Training and conference rooms
- Wellness-focused employee amenities
- Exterior façade and entryway upgrades
Construction is expected to begin in fall 2025, with a move-in planned for summer 2026.

“This move is about scaling up, not leaving behind,” said Patrick Patton, President & COO of Prescription Analytics. “Hartford has been the heart of our business, and we are immensely grateful to the community that has helped us succeed.”
Honoring Hartford Roots
While the headquarters will relocate, Hartford will remain a meaningful part of Prescription Analytics’ story. The company plans to:
- Continue working with Hartford-area vendors
- Maintain charitable giving and community involvement
- Support the local economy by encouraging another growing business to take over its modern facility built in 2021
“This move supports our future, but it doesn’t change who we are,” Patton added. “Our commitment to Hartford — through local vendors, community involvement, and charitable giving — will absolutely continue.”
EDWC Partnership: Aligning with Mission
A top priority for the company was to stay rooted in Washington County. EDWC, through the Impact Loan Fund, helped make that possible. By providing flexible capital solutions and deal structuring, EDWC ensured that Prescription Analytics could expand locally rather than look elsewhere.
This partnership directly reflects EDWC’s mission to “grow prosperity throughout Washington County” by empowering businesses to innovate, expand, and remain competitive. The Impact Loan Fund is a creative financing tool that preserves capital, reduces lender risk, and fills critical financing gaps for projects that strengthen the local economy.
“EDWC helped make our desire to stay in Washington County a reality, and we’re thankful for their commitment to helping businesses grow locally,” said Patton.
Looking Ahead
With its future Germantown headquarters, Prescription Analytics is positioning itself for long-term success, deepening its roots in Washington County while continuing to provide trusted expertise to its national client base. The move underscores how strategic partnerships between businesses and economic development organizations like EDWC can drive sustainable growth, investment, and opportunity across the region.
