Business Park Profiles
There are over 25 available industrial/business sites in Washington County, occupying over 3,500 acres. Many of these sites are located in industrial and business parks dispersed among the different villages and cities throughout the county with each location offering unique competitive advantages.

Dodge Industrial Park - Hartford
Occupying 681 acres just off of State Highway 60, the Dodge Industrial Park offers many benefits to the businesses that operate there, such as Quad Graphics and Signicast Corporation. These benefits include:
- Nearby rail and air service
- Interest-free land purchase financing
- Job creation and retention incentives through a credit-per-acre system
- High-capacity, redundant electrical, gas and communications infrastructure
To support future growth, Signicast purchased 52 acres of land adjacent to its existing facility in Hartford, WI. The site will support multiple expansions in the coming years, with the first being a 90,000 sq. ft. facility planned to open mid-2012. Signicast plans on investing $50 million over the next 3 years to create approximately 88 jobs in Hartford.
Endeavor Business Park - Richfield
The Endeavor Business Park is located right next to US Highway 41 and occupies 133 acres. This park offers:
- Immediate access to US Highways 41 and 45
- High quality covenants
- Available fire protection
- Storm water retention supplied by developer
- Nearby major businesses such as Wurth Adams and Cabelas
Germantown Business Park - Germantown
Located along Germantown’s Mequon Road Corridor, the Germantown Business Park occupies 350 acres and is in very close proximity to three US Highways and two interstate highways.
Along with the size of the sites ranging from one acre to 150 acres, other benefits of the business park include:
- Newly improved infrastructure with municipal water, sewer and roads
- Pregraded
- Readily available electric, natural gas and telephone utilities

The Germantown Business Park is home to global companies Cambridge Major Laboratories and Ellsworth Adhesives.Two other global players have chosen to recently expand here as well with production facilities: Bradley Corporation and Wisconsin Stamping.
Jackson Northwest Business Park - Jackson
Located in the fastest growing community in Washington County, the Jackson Northwest Business Park has been home to over 40 companies in the past decade. The parks 250 acres’ are conveniently located just off of State Highways 45 and 60. The park is served with high-capacity, redundant electrical, gas and communications infrastructure. With one of the lowest tax rates in the Milwaukee MSA, off-site storm water management and flexible covenants, this park represents a cost-effective place to do business.
Trenton Industrial Park - Trenton
Just next to US Highway 45 is the Trenton Industrial Park. Suited for smaller businesses, this park offers:
- No minimum square footage requirements
- Off-site storm water detention
- Excellent access to US Highway 45
- Minimal covenants
West Bend Industrial/Business Parks - West Bend
There are five business/industrial parks in West Bend that occupy over 500 total acres. Within these parks there are currently over 100 acres shovel-ready land for your project.
